Delivery

Boards are 2.6 m (cladding) or 3.6 m (decking) long, so everything goes out on a pallet by a tail-lift pallet network, kerbside. The driver cannot carry boards into your property or up steps or gravel, so please make sure a lorry can get to you and there is flat hard standing to put the pallet down. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days of payment; we will contact you to agree a delivery day and someone needs to be there to sign for it.

Free delivery across West Yorkshire on orders over £500. For the rest of the UK, delivery is quoted per order at checkout or by email — a full pallet to UK mainland is typically £250, Highlands and islands around £350.

Collection from our warehouse in Stanningley, Leeds (LS28) is welcome by arrangement, including small quantities and samples.

Please check your delivery with the driver and note any damage on the delivery note before signing. Report shortages or damage to us within 48 hours with photos and we will put it right.

Returns

Changed your mind? Uncut, unused boards in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the goods. Return carriage is at your cost (or bring them back to Stanningley), and the goods must arrive in resaleable condition. Cut boards, fitted boards and special orders cannot be returned. Faulty or damaged-in-transit goods are replaced or refunded in full, including carriage.

Trade, contractors and resellers

Have a large project, or looking for a regular supplier? We offer trade accounts on palletised orders. A full pallet is 175 cladding boards (about 100 m²) or 110 decking boards, and pallet pricing is well below the per-board price shown on the site. Email [email protected] or call 0113 513 1802 with the quantity and postcode and we will quote the same day.

Samples

Colours on a screen are never quite right. Ask for a sample offcut of any colour before you order — we post them out, or you can pick them up from Stanningley.

Help with your project

Not sure how many boards you need, or how to batten out a wall? Send us the dimensions (and a photo if you have one) and we will work out the quantities and fixings for you.

Description

A New Technology :
Co-Extrusion

YWC composite cladding boards use the latest composite wood manufacturing technology "co-extrusion". A thin layer of polyethylene is applied to the surface of the board sealing the composite wood. The polyethylene film protects the product from humidity, prevents the colour from fading and stops stains from forming. Mastering this new technology has made it possible to expect a lifespan of 20 years against the appearance of splits, color changes and stains.

NON-TOCIX AND ECO-FRIENDLY

YWC wall cladding products have obtained FCS, LEED, CE, and ISO certifications. It is made from 95% recycled materials. It is non-toxic with non-odor and non-formaldehyde.

360° Capped

Our Superior WPC fluted cladding is capped by sturdy weather-resistant material, making it much more moth-proof, weather-resistant, UV-resistant, and scratch-resistant.

MAINTENANCE FREE

YWC cladding boards require very little maintenance. The discoloration and accelerated aging tests, carried out in certified European laboratories, prove that the material will not discolor. There is no need to spend money on protective oil or paint. The cladding, protected by its thin layer of co-extrusion, is also completely waterproof. Unlike other wood composites, the surface material is not porous. Particles and dust are not able to penetrate the wood composite. Clumps of dirt, moss or other lichens can be removed with a simple brush. Maintenance is quick and easy. Cleaning with clear water is sufficient.

Vertical or Horizontal Installation?

Our cladding boards can be installed both horizontally and vertically. The trapezoidal profile of the boards ensures good rainwater drainage.
For all our profiles, it is necessary to take into account a longitudinal expansion of 1 mm per meter of the material to allow for any expansion that may occur due to temperature variations. Take care to leave an expansion gap of 5 mm between each junction.

Fixing of the cladding is invisible. Depending on the type of slats, the cladding is either attached using stainless steel clips or colour headed screws that are placed in the hollow of the wave. A range of corner accessories are available to facilitate finishing
